All applications concerning complaints, returns, orders and shipments can be filled in with these forms:
Both forms can also be found on our B2B platform. Please, fill in all information necessary, so our support team can offer a better service.
From now on, the support mailbox (support@kentucky-horsewear.com) will no longer be in use. All demands should go through these forms above. Once filled in, you will receive a ticket number. If you have questions afterward, you can answer the mail where you received the ticket number.
When you would decide on sending back a product, please make sure that you add a document with the appropriate ticket number in the box. This way our support team is already aware of what is coming back, and it will be easier to follow up once the goods arrive here.
